Firstly what is The Bond? Included in our eyelash extension kit, the bond is essentially the glue that binds the Underlash lashes to your natural lash.

We suggest using the white bond that dries clear on Brown lashes and the Black bond with the black lashes.

Don't overthink it, it's just the colour of the bond that sits between your natural lash and Underlash extension.

If you want a different colour bond, for example, you want brown lashes but a black bond, please add a note at checkout.

The Underlash kit is a single purchase eyelash extension kit that requires refilling. It includes two packs of Underlash lashes that can be used for 4-5 sets of lash applications, varying on the size of your eyes. The bond, seal, and remover will last for approximately 8-10 sets or around 3-4 months.

The Bond, Seal and Remover have a 6 month shelf life. 2 packs of lashes should last you 4-5 weeks.

Absolutely! Underlash is one of the most convenient ways to apply lash extensions yourself—your eyes stay open during application, making the process way less fiddly.

Our bond stays tacky (not fast-drying like traditional glue), so you can adjust your lash placement without the stress. Even if you’ve never applied lashes before, our step-by-step guide has you covered. And yes—there is a bit of a learning curve, but you’ll get better with every application. Practice makes pretty!

If you’re a total newbie and just dipping your toes into the DIY lash world, check out our Quickies range—pre-bonded lashes with no bond or seal needed. Easy, fast, and fab.

Ok hear me out, Give yourself 30 minutes for your first go. This is HEAPS of time and yes I hear you, You said 5 minutes! I promise, this will come but I want you to read the instructions and take your sweet time.

Many of our customers who react to salon lash glue have had no issues with our bond—it's latex-free, paraben-free, and designed with sensitive eyes in mind.

That said, we always recommend doing a patch test first to be sure it’s suitable for you. Simply apply a small amount of bond to your inner arm and wait 24 hours.

If you're particularly sensitive or want to avoid any adhesive altogether, try our Quickies range—pre-glued lashes with no bond or seal needed. It's the easiest, gentlest way to get the lash look without the worry.

The Underlash eyelash extension kit is a single purchase that requires refilling. It includes two packs of Underlash lashes that can be used for 4-5 sets of lash applications, varying on the size of your eyes. The bond, seal, and remover will last for approximately 8-10 sets or around 3-4 months.

Underlash bond is water-resistant but don't go deep-sea diving with them just yet. For the first 48 hours after application, keep those babies dry to let the bond set properly. If you need to clean your face, play it safe and use wipes and ear buds to get into those hard-to-reach areas. And if you accidentally get them wet in the shower, just give 'em a pinch and reseal for maximum lash longevity.

Nope and we are super proud of this. Just be sure to stick to the recommended 7-day wear time and use our specially formulated remover for easy and damage-free removal. Our nourishing ingredients work to break down the bond, leaving your natural lashes unharmed and healthy.

The reason why the underlash eyelashes are so light weight and comfortable is because the lashes have been hand made which makes them delicate.

The lashes are not designed to re use after the 7 day wear but we have had many Underlash wearers say they re use their lashes. We recommend you do not reuse the eyelashes from your eyelash extension kit for hygiene reasons, but if you lose a lash during the 7 days you can definitely re apply that lash.

You will receive 2 packs of Underlash lashes in 2 different lengths in our eyeash extension kit. The 2 different lengths are advised to create a dynamic look using shorter lashes in the inside and longer on the end. each packet contains around 20-23 segments.

So easy and gorgeous

Cannot believe how truly easy these are to use. I’m terrible at putting on lashes but this kit makes it so easy. Make sure you remove a lot of the excess on the bond before applying to your lashes so it doesn’t look clumpy.
My lashes lasted close to 9 days with only one reapplication needed when a lash segment fell off.

Takes a minute but once you get the hang of it, its easy

“These lashes look just like a professional set once they’re on! It took me a couple of tries to figure out the right size, grip, and angle (and I did waste a few in the process), but once I got the hang of it the application was much easier. I love how natural yet bold they look — really flattering and gave me a confidence boost. Definitely worth it, and I’ll keep using them!

Word of advice: you'll feel a bit overwhelmed with the process but I would say to find the thing that works for you. This is only my advice but the mascara step is messy for me. I found that putting the liner on and then the lashes worked soooo much better. I also found that putting a little glue on the side and if the lash doesn't adhere, to the glue line, the tackiness of the glue you put out will help it stick. Idk if I'm allowed to share my tips but its less overwhelming for me to do it like that. And also get those magnifying mirrors. The zoom works wonders in figuring out where to place it especially if you use black bond and can't see where you placed it because I know I did haha

Lifesavers!!

I discovered Underlash after trying and hating another popular brand who makes pre-glued clusters. These are so easy to apply and the different lengths within the kit mean you can create multiple different looks depending on your vibe.
I find that I get at least 4 sets out of a box, which is great!
I wore these while overseas for my honeymoon and they survived swimming, snorkelling, happy tears and lots of rubbing.
They are brilliant and if you haven’t tried them yet, give them a go!
