Lash removal FAQ's
The reason why Underlash eyelashes are so light weight and comfortable is because the lashes have been hand made which makes them delicate. The lashes are not designed to be re use after the 7 day wear but if you loose a lash during the 7 days you can definitely re apply that lash.

Don't panic! Your natural lashes shred daily, lashes have a life cycle of 60-90 days. Each individual lash is running on its own time, so if lashes appear to come out with your Underlash segments (providing you have not pulled them out & removed correctly) it was just their time to fall out.
Use The Cloth. to remove any remaining bond on the lash and clean around the area. The cloth is 100% natural, unbleached, breathable cotton. The cloth will buff away any remaining residue without scratching the area. Once used simply pop into your next washing load and re use.
